Am cold. And addicted to farmville. lol

I feel better, health wise, at least. Caught a bug from my nephew, who caught it at his preschool. I watched him while my sister went out with her beau Saturday night to celebrate her birthday. It's funny because he gave it to me then he got sick the next day and then my sister got sick the day after. Odd.

I feel like there should be more to this post but ...I'm drawing a blank. So ...bye. Lol

Ah, sad. I really liked Patrick Swayze. :( What is with 2009? All these celebs dying ...jeez.

Aww, today was the last day I had to watch the kids because they start school tomorrow. I will miss the little buggers ...but I will enjoy the quiet lol

My sister FINALLY returned my digital camera today. I loaned it to her nearly a year ago, when I moved out. I didn't want to go through withdraw of seeing the kiddos or anything and wanted her to send me a bunch of pics. Yeah, that didn't happen lol. I'm just glad I have it back. Also, apparently I was using it wrong. The memory card was turned the wrong way or something because after I fiddled with it, I went from having space for 28 pics to over 500. Also I could never use some of the functions. Why I didn't figure this out years ago is beyond me. :)

Hmmm. My first night alone in a long time. It's very odd. The house is too quiet. lol I'm spending the time watching episodes of John Doe on Hulu. It was a very good show, I watched it when it originally aired some years ago. I remember being so pissed they didn't renew it after the first season :)

Okay, fun fact about me :) I've been counting calories, dieting, since May. I've lost about twelve pounds so far and I plan on losing more. I don't have a set number of calories I can have but I have a range that I usually hit most days. Today was not one of those days. lol I went way over but I'm not stressing or anything. Not a big deal. :) That's something I learned, not to be too strict on these things. :)

Wow. It's been a while hasn't it? lol I suck at posting apparently. I mean, I come on lj every day, check my flist but I usually forget to post ...something :)

My parents are going camping this weekend. They love it. It's funny because neither me or my sister like camping and they both adore it. I guess the camping gene skipped a generation. Hee. Oh well, they can keep it, I'll take my nice comfy mattress and my computer over a tent and a campfire any day. lol

Hey, all. My Ry guy was able to come home today, thank God. :)

Last night, Supernatural was preempted because of a tornado warning a few counties over. Luckily the internet has my back lol

My Ry guy, my six year old nephew, is in the hospital. He has pneumonia but he's doing a lot better today. My mom's staying with him since my sis was sick and also had class today. Poor guy :( But apparently they have some Nintendo game set up there so he's at least having a little fun while's he's there.

I took a practice sat test today and discovered that I suck at math lol My sis started college this year and she's twenty eight and it got me thinking about doing something like that in my own life. I always regretted never continuing my education but was reluctant to do so after my experiences in high school. Long story short, I dropped out the second day of my junior year and received my high school diploma from PCDI. Anyway, I wanted to brush up on my mad skillz, lol, before I started anything. Probably a good idea considering the score I received on the practice test :)

Someone in my neighborhood thinks they're a rock star. Yeah, no dude, you suck. lol

Rl sucks these days but I have been writing, like a lot, so that's something. :)

So I've finally got around to changing my journal. Go me! :) Only took me a couple of years. Lol. Whatever, I'm not good with change. Anyway, I thought all the black was a little too ...emo for me, so I switched to some color. I like it but who knows, I might decide to switch back. Because I'm spontaneous like that. Yeah, right. :)
